Zhongbin co-founded Chroma Hardware in 2004, originally located in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China. With over 30 years of experience in the hardware manufacturing industry, he spent his entire career in the production engineering, setting his sights on bringing the highest-quality home and industrial hardware to the markets across the world. As a leadership role, he manages our external stakeholder relationships, optimizes the operations of the businesses and continuously looks for and capitalize on new market opportunities.
Aiping Zhou
Co-Founder and CFO
Aiping co-founded Chroma Hardware in 2004 with Zhongbin Xu. Since the start of the business, she has been focusing on supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives, driving the company’s financial performance and shareholder value. With over 15 years of finance and accounting experience, Aiping has been an instrumental leader in transforming the business. Her experience includes oversight of financial strategy, finance operations, investor relations, tax, treasury, information technology, information security, procurement, real estate, logistics, and mergers and acquisitions.
Jack Yang
Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance
Jack joined Chroma Hardware in 2015. With over 10 years of experience as a principal production engineer, He leads the engineering talents and oversees our technical and operational processes. He is responsible for managing internal and external project reviews and operational governance. Jack is not only a technologist, but also a leader who directly supervises the quality assurance and quality control team to ensure that our products are made with the highest quality standards that meets our customers’ expectations.
Roger Grona
Advisory Partner
Roger is our advisory partner and the CEO of Firebird Business Consulting Ltd. He has 8 years of experience in senior media marketing and sales, as well as 7 years of senior executive experience that involved setting and planning profit-based sales targets. He has developed excellent media marketing plans that positioned different brands as industry leaders. With strong expertise in business operational strategies and a deep understanding of the North American market, Roger plays a critical role in establishing Chroma Hardware in Canada.
